Dan’s Power Plant creates Fauxmaggio through a process of culturing nuts with vegan plant enzymes. The perfect alternative to cheesy spreads for those that have chosen to seek healthy alternatives to traditional animal based cheeses, are vegan or on a non-dairy diet.

Fauxmaggio is crafted with a wholesome blend of raw cashews, macadamia nuts, plant based enzymes and various herbs and spices. This ‘cheese’ is a great mineral source. Cashews contain 31% of the daily recommended value for copper, along with 23% for manganese, 20% for magnesium and 17% for phosphorus,add to that 12% of the daily recommended value for vitamin K. Another ingredient in cashews is proanthocyanidins, which contain flavanols that inhibit the ability of cancer cells to divide and multiply, reducing incidences of colon cancer. They contain ZERO cholesterol. Macadamia contains antioxidants like polyphenols, Amino acids, flavonoids and selenium.
