Nestled in the scenic Berkshire foothills, Drowsy Dragon Farm is a certified Organic berry farm in Chester with 16 varieties of blueberries and several varieties of black, red, and golden raspberries. They make low-sugar organic jam from July to October when their berries become ripe. Their jam is made with their organic berries with 3:1 or 4:1 ratios of fruit to sugar for their blueberry jam, and 4:1 for their black, red and golden raspberry jams.

Using organic seeds and soil, they also grow a wide variety microgreens. Microgreens are sprouted seeds, which retain all the nutrition of the original seed but in a more easily digested form. Mild and spicy mixes make an excellent garnish for soups, stews, salads, sandwiches and other dishes. Pea and sunflower shoots are more substantial and make an excellent salad or base for a salad with a light dressing of oil and vinegar.
