Our Founder and CEO, Greg, has over 12 years of organic farming experience and is always striving to learn and adapt in the ever-changing field of agriculture. Greg was inspired to start Sunfox Farm after a trip to Europe, where he witnessed countless fields of sunflowers. Recognizing the niche market and potential for growth in New Hampshire, Sunfox Farm was born! Amber joined the team shortly after its creation. Amber has a strong passion for education and the food system. She has degrees in culinary arts and clinical dietetics, and previously worked as a Registered Dietitian. She believes that meaningful relationships, memories, and traditions often revolve around food in some way. This is why she also puts on fine dining, farm-to- table dinners at the farm and in the sunflowers. Ultimately, her desire to improve lives with good and nutritious food brought her
to agriculture. She has been farming for six years now and wouldn’t change a thing!

High-Oleic Sunflower Oil

Our produced sunflower oil is cold-pressed, unrefined, and grown
without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides. High in
monounsaturated fatty acids making it a heart healthy oil. The flavor is
mildly nutty. The smoke point is 320°F, which is ideal for pan frying,
baking, or grilling. It also serves as a delicious base to salad dressings.
