The Western Massachusetts Food Processing Center (WMFPC) supports food entrepreneurs and local farms. Valley Veggies, a program of the WMFPC, increases our region's capacity to lightly process fruits and vegetables to make local food accessible year-round.
We source produce from farms within 50 miles of Greenfield MA and flash freeze within 24 hours of harvest, preserving flavor and nutrition. Valley Veggies are a labor efficient way to incorporate local foods into meals all winter long.
